Product knowledge, ingredients, uses, and benefits. The Moroccan Hammam ritual: an important self-care practice performed weekly by many generations, either at home, in a Hammam, or a spa. How to embody this ancient cleansing practice, leaving your body feeling clean, rejuvenated, and nourished, and your mind and nervous system relaxed. By the end of this course, you’ll understand the authentic Moroccan Traditional Hammam treatment: Step-by-step theory of the Moroccan Hammam ritual. Introduction to the products used in a Hammam and their benefits.
